I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a little old but clean and comfortable, meeting my request for a non-smoking room. However, there were some maintenance issues like broken tiles and a cracked basin in the bathroom. The service was courteous and efficient, although there were delays in getting rate information. The location was excellent, close to popular spots like Recoleta and Florida Street, but the dining options were a bit of a letdown.
